A diagnostic and planning meeting. We map your lifestyle, identify areas for improvement and you receive a practical plan for independent work.

Full Process

6–12 sessions

In-depth ongoing support. Weekly sessions with follow-up, adjustments, WhatsApp support and building new habits that last.

Consultations take place in Pardes Hanna Karkur or via Zoom. You don't need to know where to start. That's exactly what the first session is for.
