Your Guide
Sharon Arens
At a young age I was diagnosed with two chronic conditions considered incurable.
I went through a deep healing process through yoga, nutrition and lifestyle — and today I live without medication.
This retreat is the union of the two worlds that accompany me in the healing process: yoga and health, together, in one place.

For Me?
This is for Me if...
You know you can live healthier and more mindfully - you just need the space to figure out how to integrate it into your life.
You want to experience yoga as a way of life - whether you already practice and want to deepen, or you're just starting out.
You want to cultivate positive habits that become embedded in your life over time.
You wish yourself a pause from routine, reconnection with yourself, and a true gift of health and depth.

The Retreat Chef
Nice to meet you, I'm Li-Or, the retreat's kitchen chef
My kitchen was created from a deep love of creativity, nature, people and nourishment. I cook from my own unique approach that combines principles from naturopathy and energetic nutrition.
I believe that what we eat directly affects how we feel. Our food has powerful healing properties and a profound effect on our body, mind and consciousness — and the way we approach our plate is a simple and wonderful practice of listening, awareness and self-care.
Happy and excited to accompany you through the kitchen in a deep process of a shared weekend :)

Music
The Retreat's Melody
Musical Accompaniment | Sun Baruch
My name is Sun, and I've been singing for as long as I can remember.
I believe that everyone can sing, and that we all deserve to be heard and to find expression. My greatest joy is to sing and create alongside other people.
At the retreat, Sharon and I will lead a vocal expression workshop together, and I'll accompany you with music and song throughout the weekend — at Kabbalat Shabbat, in savasana, and in other moments waiting for you there.
