A personal and tailored process for those dealing with chronic pain, injuries, accumulated stress, or nervous system imbalance. Through adapted asanas, pranayama, and meditation. We learn to listen to the body and release deep patterns.

Vinyasa
Dynamic & Healing Practice
A flowing, balanced vinyasa practice that links movement with breath. Ideal for those who want to strengthen the body, improve flexibility and strength, and reconnect with a sense of vitality. Sessions are private or in pairs, adapted to your level.
